Commercial Solar installation

This site was a brilliant example to showcase our additional services. As a team we repaired any leaks in this roof as well as coating the rust in red oxide before completely transforming it. Adding a few coats of a high quality paint extending the roofs life span, then installing a solar array to suit the companies power requirements.

A cost effective solution to the ever rising energy costs

From initial visit, quoting, structural reports, DNO application, planning permission and commissioning. We deal with everything that's required and expected from a solar contractor.

Here we installed a 6.8kw array, with a 5.8kw battery on a west east facing property, providing power from sunrise to sunset, with a battery meeting up with demands through the night.

Lighting Design Project

Our customer had a high energy consumption and asked us for a solution. After informing them about how much money they could save by simply replacing their lights to LED, we provided them with a lighting design and payback calculation. We calculated the replacement would provide payback within just 1 year. The lights were installed as per the customers request in efficient time, keeping to any deadlines.

Bright, low energy lighting

This is one of our many mezzanine projects, we always love doing these jobs. As you can see from the pictures they leave a clean and concealed install. Here we fitted over 300+ LED panels over the space of 2 adjacent buildings. Designed to give the optimal lumen output as well as keeping energy consumption low, and future proofing with wattage selectable drivers.

Spacious & efficient plan

This project consisted of bringing multiple kins across various different sites, and bringing them into one location, with the installation of an 800A panel board. We liaised with the contractors in charge of moving the units to allow for an efficient moving process, our flexible and effective planning enabled us the time to disconnect all kilns prior to moving and subsequently pre-install the correct supply so there was no down time between moving.

Industrial high bay lights

This customer required a new and improved lighting system to increase efficiency, and maximise space for a new racking level and aisle layout. We met their requirements and exceeded their expectations by quickly providing them with the solution: a professionally designed aisle lighting system illuminating all areas, giving additional height as well as better efficiency.

Precision large scale work

A busbar chamber like this is composed of various tiny components which requires great care, precision and organisation when assembling. This unit was disassembled due to power demand in another location, and was redundant in its current position. Not only is this a specialist job, but it had another complication of incorporating cables into the mains rather than its previous bus bar supply, we overcame any issues presented giving the customer confidence in our ability to provide high quality installations.

Stunning example of small ambient lighting

This project was to create ambient lighting upon arrival and exit of a luxurious home in the Leicestershire area, this was done via sensored timers on both ends. This job also included various different mushroom style outdoor lights creating a beautiful atmosphere when walking around these award winning gardens.
